Two People Busted at Owasso Convenient Store

Two people are in custody after alleged home invasions and vehicle theft in Owasso early this morning.

The suspects fled into a Quik Trip store on 116th St. North near Highway 169. The woman surrendered when officers arrived, however, the man locked himself in the restroom and warned authorities he had a gun.

Officers talked him into coming out. When he came out, he had a syringe in hand. Authorities shot him with a bean bag gun, but he didn’t give up. He continued to lunge at officers with the needle. Officers then used pepper spray to subdue him. The man was taken into custody and is undergoing an evaluation.
